Jean, Clatus, Sandy and Buz at Riscky's, Ft Worth.Well, we made it back to Riscky's for the ribs and pickles. We also had an appetizer of Texas fries which are french fries with onions and Jalapeno peppers. I actually liked the fried pickles and the fries were great,too though my stomach cannot handle very spicy food. (jalapenos)

The beers are served in these big glasses down here that are so heavy you need to use both hands to hold them which helps to slow you down while eating ribs.
Buz and Clatus managed to eat 22 ribs and I think it was a tie for the rib eating contest between them. I had a brisket sandwich that was filled with smokey goodness!
We waddled out to the car and vowed to eat less tomorrow. We are going to museums and Joe T. Garcia's tomorrow night for Mexican and I am not optimistic we will be true to this promise! It was a great evening spent with fantastic family and we loved every minute of it!
